Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Northern Health Authority.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to clients in accordance with established standards and protocols
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to promote client well-being
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure informed decision-making
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
- One (1) year of recent, related acute care or residential experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills within a specific clinical specialty or patient population
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
