About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team at MiQ. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Account Managers and Account Executives to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • People Management
    • Lead and manage a team of Account Managers and Account Executives to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional client service.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
    • Establish clear expectations and goals for team members and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Client Servicing & Relationships
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and develop strong relationships to drive business growth and retention.
    • Develop and implement client strategies to meet business objectives and deliver exceptional client service.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients.
  • Campaign & Insight Management
    • Oversee the development and implementation of campaign strategies to meet business objectives and deliver exceptional client service.
    • Work closely with the commercial team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Develop and implement analytics solutions to drive business growth and improve client service.
  • Thought Leadership
    • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the programmatic media industry and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, providing expert guidance and recommendations to drive business growth and improve client service.
    • Develop and implement thought leadership initiatives to establish MiQ as a leader in the programmatic media industry.
  • Strategy and Commercial
    • Work closely with the commercial team to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve client service.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients.
    • Develop and implement analytics solutions to drive business growth and improve client service.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • At least 5+ years of experience in the programmatic media and/or ad tech space.
    • At least 3+ years of client-facing experience working in a team environment.
  • Skills
    • Strong knowledge of programmatic media and ad tech industry trends and technologies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lead and manage a team to achieve business objectives.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
