Job Title: Regional Multi Unit Account Manager

A key member of our Regional Multi Unit Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and serving Regional Multi Unit accounts. As a trusted advisor for a select portfolio of Key Regional customers, you will maintain and grow relationships, seek new opportunities, provide direction to administration teams, and serve as the liaison between customers and our divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract compliance and sales growth
  • Profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Developing and implementing account business plans
  • Scheduling and facilitating account business reviews
  • Coordinating and communicating strategic account activity
  • Reviewing monthly reports and utilizing customer profitability and pricing models
  • Sourcing new products and initiating product conversions
  • Participating in customer annual conferences and tradeshows
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Five or more years of outside sales and customer partnering experience
  • Strong written, verbal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently or within a team environment
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to bring consensus or reconcile differences
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services
