About the Role

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning and preparing complete meals and individual dishes, as well as ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Plan menus and estimate food requirements to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Culinary Expertise: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, taking into account food allergies and intolerances.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Team Leadership: Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant setting.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced conditions.
  • Personal Suitability: Team player with excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 30 to 40 hour workweek. The language of work is English.
