Site Industrial Materials Specialist

**Job Summary**
As a Site Industrial Materials Specialist at Ford Motor Company, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient control and management of materials on site. This position requires a strong understanding of industrial materials and a proven ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective materials control strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve materials-related issues.
- Conduct thorough analysis of materials usage and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to other analysts and stock control personnel on materials control procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in materials control.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in inventory control and materials management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Master's degree in a business-related field.
- Experience with CPARS (Commercial and Government Entity Inventory Management System).
- Knowledge of inventory control and follow-up analysis.
