About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team at Altair Engineering Canada, Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing production, inventory, and quality assurance programs that drive efficiency and excellence in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Design and implement production, inventory, and quality assurance programs to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product quality.
  • Work Measurement and Analysis: Conduct work measurement and analysis studies to identify areas for improvement and optimize production workflows.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and compile operational and experimental data to inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
