Your Role:

As a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities in your market, increasing your commercial client base, and establishing business development strategies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development plans to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver financial products and services that meet client needs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of commercial banking products and services to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Work closely with the Associate Vice-President to achieve business objectives.
  • Participate in networking activities to build relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Your Team:

You will be part of a team of professionals supporting commercial clients within the Commercial & Wealth Management sector. You will also have access to an entire ecosystem of experts to help you offer the best possible solutions to customers.

Reporting to the Regional Vice-President, the position is based in Trois-Rivières, in the Mauricie region.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 to 8 years' experience in sales and business development within the financial industry.
  • University certificate and 8 years' experience.
  • Bachelor's degree and 6 years' experience.
  • Master's degree and 4 years' experience.
  • Experience in sales and business development.
  • Experience in analysis of financial statements.
  • Experience in commercial credit.
