Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

Your Role:
As a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities in your market, increasing your commercial client base, and establishing business development strategies.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development plans to increase revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver financial products and services that meet client needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of commercial banking products and services to provide expert advice to clients.
- Work closely with the Associate Vice-President to achieve business objectives.
- Participate in networking activities to build relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Your Team:
You will be part of a team of professionals supporting commercial clients within the Commercial & Wealth Management sector. You will also have access to an entire ecosystem of experts to help you offer the best possible solutions to customers.
Reporting to the Regional Vice-President, the position is based in Trois-Rivières, in the Mauricie region.

Requirements:
- At least 4 to 8 years' experience in sales and business development within the financial industry.
- University certificate and 8 years' experience.
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years' experience.
- Master's degree and 4 years' experience.
- Experience in sales and business development.
- Experience in analysis of financial statements.
- Experience in commercial credit.
