About the Role

As a Functional Analyst Expert at Noverka Conseil, you will play a key role in driving the success of our clients by providing expert analysis and guidance on complex IT projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert in functional analysis, providing technical guidance on APIs and ensuring seamless integration with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements, ensuring traceability and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain detailed functional analyses, aligning with business needs and technical architecture, and validate them with stakeholders and developers.
  • Communicate effectively with business partners throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Provide technical expertise to business partners, offering alternative solutions and highlighting the benefits and drawbacks of existing systems.
  • Conduct functional testing and assist the testing team in developing and executing acceptance tests for developed solutions.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to solution functionality, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving technologies, demonstrating curiosity and innovation in proposing new solution ideas.
  • Analyze solution impacts and suggest action plans for adjustments, ensuring business continuity and growth.
  • Maintain expertise in the technological ecosystem, understanding interrelations and dependencies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in functional analysis, delivering large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills and team-oriented mindset.
  • Results-driven, with a focus on meeting objectives and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and DevOps principles.
  • Proficiency in JIRA/Tempo/Confluence.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Autonomy and adaptability.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
