We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Analyst to join our IT Delivery team at National Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving our cultural, organizational, and technological transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a senior IT expert analyst on technology aligned with our IT targets, including API, Rest, Kafka, and Camunda.
  • Understand and challenge business needs, translating them into functional requirements while ensuring traceability.
  • Draft detailed functional analyses, validate them with business partners, and ensure they are being implemented properly.
  • Communicate with business partners during various development phases.
  • Advise partners on alternative solutions and explain the advantages and disadvantages of existing systems.
  • Carry out functional tests and help the testing team develop and complete acceptance testing of developed solutions.
  • Diagnose, carry out, coordinate, and solve problems to ensure solutions run smoothly.
  • Adapt to constantly evolving technologies and suggest new ideas for solutions.
  • Analyze the impacts on solutions and suggest action plans for making adjustments.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience as a business, functional, IT, and application analyst in a complex organization.
  • Experience with delivery in Agile mode.
  • Experience producing detailed and relevant user stories during Agile projects.
  • Practical knowledge of and experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of and practical experience in quality assurance testing.
