Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our Front End operations at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and driving customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed, including safe lifting techniques, cleanliness of the work area, evacuations, and emergency codes.
- Handle customer and associate concerns and provide guidance as required.
- Monitor Front End associates to ensure proper coverage, coordinate breaks, and provide assistance to outlying registers.
- Provide training to associates on systems and company procedures, including scanning accuracy, productivity, company programs, and initiatives.
- Oversee purchase, return, and exchange transactions and assist with the correction of errors where required.
- Ensure all Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) systems are functioning to standard.
- Prepare registers for opening and closing daily and support cashiers by providing change as needed.
- Oversee and promote all company-sponsored programs and initiatives, including credit card services, warranty programs, and charity initiatives.
