Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Whisper Creek Cabin Rental. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
  • Coordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure that they meet our high standards.
  • Supervise a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that they are meeting their responsibilities and providing excellent service to our guests.
  • Coordinate contract services to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standard.
  • Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met at all times.
  • Supervise maintenance and repair services to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals to ensure that our staff are meeting their responsibilities.
  • Maintain an inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that we have everything we need to provide excellent service.
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service.
  • Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out at all times.
  • Respond to complaints of guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Dependability, efficiency, and reliability.
