THE ROLE

As a Recreation and Gym Services Assistant, you will contribute to the operational readiness of our Canadian Armed Forces by providing fitness, sports, recreation, and health promotion programs to military communities across Canada and members while on deployment.

You will work under the supervision of a Front Desk Gym Supervisor, providing counter service, answering customer inquiries, membership sales, typing correspondence, filing, and clearing military personnel in and out.

You will maintain cash floats and daily sales records, use a data management program to book facilities and programs, and demonstrate excellent client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork, and leadership skills.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma and several years of experience in a related field
  • Current Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications
  • A valid driver's license (Ontario)
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

English is essential for this role.
