We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Superintendent to join our team at TEEMA. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong technical background and excellent management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of electrical and instrumentation technicians to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Coach and mentor employees to improve their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance.
- 10+ years of experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance.
- Electrical or instrumentation technologist diploma or degree.
- Red seal trades certificate (an asset).
