Project Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Officer to join our team at 10710105 Canada Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and monitor and evaluate performance.
  • Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, and coordinate the flow of information within the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent computer and technology skills, including proficiency in MS Office and spreadsheet software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
