Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at Freedom Mobile. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, and organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
  • Work under pressure and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
