As a key member of our Cash Services team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the work of your teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your mission will be to establish great relationships with your unionized employees, investigate customer complaints, and implement schedule and policy changes. You will also be responsible for conducting employee training sessions, promoting safe work activities, and monitoring operations to ensure compliance with administrative policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will need 3-5 years of experience in administration and management of unionized employees, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will also need a valid driver's license, health and safety management experience, and a working knowledge of WCB reporting processes.
