About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Canada Post. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, processing mail and packages, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Mail and Package Processing: Process mail and packages, ensuring that they are accurately sorted and delivered to the correct destinations.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
