About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Golden Goose Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands
    • Portion and wrap foods accurately and efficiently
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile
  • Food Handling and Safety
    • Handle and store food safely to prevent contamination and spoilage
    • Keep records of food quantities used to optimize inventory and reduce waste
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, and equipment
    • Restock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a well-stocked and organized environment
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to customer needs
