Boulangerie Première Moisson Job Description

Job Title: Baker

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Boulangerie Première Moisson. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread and pastry products using traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients.

Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Take note of orders to be completed and organize work to ensure timely delivery.
  • Production Planning: Plan and organize the supply of raw materials required for your workstation.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain equipment safely to ensure efficient production.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of counter and work area to meet health and safety standards.
  • Training: Help train new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Recipe Compliance: Ensure compliance with Boulangerie Première Moisson recipes and manufacturing techniques.
  • Dough Preparation: Knead, divide, and shape dough to produce high-quality products.
  • Baking: Bake dough to perfection using traditional techniques.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with the company's Occupational Health and Safety policy.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform various tasks related to baking as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum DEP in bakery.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position is mandatory.
  • Skills: Mastery of artisanal production techniques, great sense of autonomy, good physical condition, strong organizational skills, and strong team player.
