Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Boulanger(ère) passionné pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique à Boulangerie Première Moisson. En tant que membre de notre équipe, vous serez responsable de la fabrication de produits de boulangerie de haute qualité, en suivant les méthodes traditionnelles et les techniques de fabrication artisanale.
Responsabilités- Planifier et organiser la production pour satisfaire les commandes
- Opérer les équipements de façon sécuritaire et assurer leur entretien
- Collaborer avec les collègues pour atteindre les objectifs de production
- Appliquer les techniques de fabrication de Première Moisson pour créer des produits de haute qualité
- Assurer le respect des recettes et des procédures de fabrication
- DEP Boulangerie ou plus obtenu
- Minimum de 2-3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
- Maîtrise complète des techniques de fabrication artisanale
- Grande autonomie et capacité à travailler en équipe
