Pascal le boulanger is seeking a skilled Pastry Maker to join our team in a fast-paced bakery environment. As a Pastry Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet goods, including pastries, cakes, and bread.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Machinery Operation: Operate machinery as required.
- Inventory Organization: Organize and maintain inventory levels.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Language: Fluency in French.
