Job Title: Personal Support Worker - Nursing Care

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Carefor Health & Community Services. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide personal care, including toileting, feeding, and transferring
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a Personal Support Worker (PSW) program or equivalent experience
  • Valid PSW certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
