Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional care by engaging with clients from their initial visit through all subsequent hearing requirements, including evaluations and diagnostic testing
  • Maintain proficiency in the sales, fitting, and troubleshooting of the latest hearing aid technologies
  • Collaborate with administrative staff to manage client appointments and inquiries
  • Adhere to operational protocols and quality assurance standards

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a recognized Hearing Instrument Specialist program or a degree in Audiology from an accredited institution
  • Active registration in good standing with the relevant regulatory body
  • A minimum of one year of experience in diagnostics and dispensing (not applicable for students or initial registrants)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of hearing healthcare products and services
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support client needs
