Position Overview
This role involves delivering psychological services to clients referred by various governmental agencies. Key responsibilities include:
  • Administering and interpreting standardized psychological assessments.
  • Creating tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments.
  • Implementing evidence-based psychological interventions.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Program Information
The Operational Stress Injury (OSI) Clinic provides outpatient services to support current and former military personnel and RCMP members dealing with operational stress injuries. We focus on specialized assessment and treatment to facilitate recovery.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Master's degree in Psychology; a PhD is preferred.
  • Registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP).
  • Proven experience in individual and group psychotherapy.
  • Familiarity with military or law enforcement populations is advantageous.
  • Experience in treating anxiety disorders, including PTSD, is preferred.
