We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Quinte Home Builders Association. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing designs according to industry standards, while ensuring quality control and overseeing the efforts of team members and third-party consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire resources and coordinate team efforts to meet project deadlines
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Manage project risks and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Engineering degree in civil engineering
- Registered with PEO
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Engineer
- Strong command of English (verbal and written)
- Contract negotiations and management skills
- Computer knowledge, AutoCAD, Word, Excel, estimating, and related software
