At Alstom, we're shaping the future of transportation. Our team is responsible for bridging the gap between Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT), focusing on fleet management systems, maintenance systems, passenger information systems, and fleet monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with analysis and development teams to translate requirements into tests.
  • Develop, validate, and execute test procedures for server-based software solutions.
  • Assist in designing, planning, and executing test environment improvements.
  • Develop and maintain testing tools required for validation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, electronics, or equivalent.
  • 2-6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment, deployment, and configuration.
  • Understanding of Windows Services, IIS, Message Queues, and other related technologies.
  • Proven experience in software programming, with Python, SQL, C# being an asset.
  • Knowledge of Ethernet networks and protocols, including Routing, Firewall, ICMP, TCP, HTTP.
  • Basic software testing automation and Linux knowledge are assets.
  • Professional proficiency in French and English is required.
