What is the Opportunity?
The Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious professional to join our RBCx team as a Banking Specialist. RBCx is a leading provider of innovative financial solutions, and we are looking for a talented individual to help us drive growth and success in the banking sector.
What will you do?
- Provide expert financial advice and guidance to our clients, helping them to achieve their business goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Work closely with our team of financial experts to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible advice and guidance.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Passion for the banking sector: you have a deep understanding of the banking industry and a desire to make a meaningful contribution to its growth and development.
- Strong technical skills: you have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills: you have the ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong business acumen: you have a solid understanding of business principles and practices, with the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in commercial lending or business banking: you have a proven track record of success in the banking industry, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in a business development role: you have a proven ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Academic qualifications in commerce or business administration: you have a solid understanding of business principles and practices, with a degree in commerce or business administration.
