We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Operations Specialist to join our team at UMC Financial Management Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our financial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Management
    • Compile and maintain accurate records of deposit, loan, and mortgage payments
    • Store, update, and retrieve financial data in a secure and efficient manner
  • Transaction Processing
    • Sort, verify, and process financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner
    • Reconcile accounts and verify transactions to ensure accuracy
  • Financial Reporting
    • Prepare and maintain financial statements, including trial balances and ledgers
    • Develop and implement financial reporting systems to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in banking operations or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and QuickBooks
