Position Overview

Job Responsibilities

  • Foster an energetic and engaging shopping atmosphere by interacting with customers and demonstrating exemplary service standards to fellow team members, while overseeing and providing ongoing coaching on sales techniques to guarantee top-notch service and sales performance.
  • Proactively address customer inquiries and concerns in alignment with company guidelines, ensuring customer satisfaction is prioritized. Collaborate with management on escalated customer matters.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new and existing staff on the Levi's culture, product insights, service methodologies, loss prevention strategies, store policies, and associate duties.
  • Work alongside store leadership to establish clear expectations, mentor team members, and cultivate a workplace that promotes engagement, retention, and talent development. Provide formal performance evaluations in conjunction with store management.
  • Effectively manage all cash handling and merchandise operations, including processing shipments, organizing the sales floor, applying markdowns, and maintaining inventory systems while adhering to established standards. Execute store procedures in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and other management personnel to adapt business strategies and achieve or surpass set sales and performance objectives on a daily basis.
  • Oversee the store team during the absence of other management staff.
  • Adhere to all Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow the directives provided by store management.

  • Flexible availability to accommodate business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Capable of performing all essential job functions and lifting up to 40 pounds. The role may require standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, and reaching. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
  • Must possess reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
