Levi's Outlet Part-Time Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY

The Part-Time Supervisor at Levi's Outlet is responsible for fostering a dynamic and engaging shopping environment. This role involves guiding team members in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring adherence to sales training protocols to maximize service quality and sales performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enhance the customer experience by actively engaging with shoppers and demonstrating exemplary service behaviors for team members.
  • Address customer inquiries and issues effectively, aligning with company policies while prioritizing customer satisfaction. Collaborate with management on escalated matters.
  • Facilitate training for new and existing staff on Levi's culture, product insights, service excellence, loss prevention, and operational procedures.
  • Work alongside store management to establish performance expectations, provide coaching, and cultivate a workplace that promotes employee engagement and retention.
  • Oversee cash handling and merchandise management tasks, including shipment processing, inventory organization, markdowns, and replenishment, ensuring compliance with store standards.
  • Collaborate with management to adapt business strategies and consistently achieve or surpass store and individual sales targets.
  • Lead the store team in the absence of other management personnel.
  • Adhere to all Levi's operational policies and procedures, following management directives diligently.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exhibits collaborative leadership qualities that align with the company's values of inclusion and belonging.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach to personal development, embracing new tools and adapting to evolving initiatives.
  • Possesses progressive experience in retail leadership with proven capabilities in supervising, coaching, and training staff.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.
  • Capable of performing essential job functions, including lifting up to 40 pounds, standing, walking, kneeling, and climbing ladders as required.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
