Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Crest Hotel LP. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
  • Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
  • Advise on menu selections
  • Describe and advise on wine selection
  • Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Serve food and beverages
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
