Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial sales, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Excellent decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and a focus on driving business growth.
- Ability to travel up to two weeks per month, with a flexible work schedule to accommodate business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with a strong understanding of sales analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, with a strong academic record and relevant work experience.
