Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Modinno Dwellings Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that construction work meets the required quality standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all construction sites are safe and compliant with relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to their satisfaction.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that they are within budget.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including materials and equipment, to ensure that projects are completed efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a construction-related role or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and experience with construction management software.
Work Environment

As a Construction Site Supervisor at Modinno Dwellings Inc., you will work in a fast-paced construction environment, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. You will be required to work at construction sites, which may involve working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions.
