Job Summary

HIMCAN CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATIONS INC. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Recruit and hire construction staff and manage related staffing actions
  • Train or arrange for training of construction staff
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Review blueprints and drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in construction management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
Working Conditions
  • 30 to 35 hours per week
  • English language required
