Solution SFT is seeking a talented and driven Data Analyst/Software Developer to join our dynamic team within the Civil Aftermarket group.

As a key member of the Aftermarket Technical Support group, you will play a vital role in leveraging data analytics to enhance team efficiency and drive business performance.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets, extracting valuable insights and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders across various levels.
  • Develop and maintain robust data management tools to facilitate informed decision-making and streamline daily operations.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports using relevant KPIs to provide clear visualizations and support strategic planning.
  • Collaborate closely with Digital Product Managers to explore new product ideas and enhancements, leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Contribute to the development of simulator-related software applications, applying your analytical skills to enhance functionality and user experience.
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL query development and the utilization of data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Experience cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets using appropriate technologies (e.g., Python, Databricks, SAS, R).
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse design and implementation, with a focus on data preparation and quality assurance.
  • Proven analytical skills, including the ability to identify patterns, uncover relationships, and draw meaningful conclusions from complex data.
  • Experience in developing customer-centric solutions, such as dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards, to enhance user experience and drive business outcomes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within an agile environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and French).
