At Northwood, we're committed to providing innovative and responsive care to our clients. We're seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our Bedford team as a Continuing Care Assistant (CCA).

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a recognized CCA program.
  • Provincial CCA certification.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach to provide exceptional care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team-based, person-centered care approach.
  • Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and demonstrated use of proper body mechanics.
  • Knowledge of and experience working in a team-based care environment.

Responsibilities:

As a Continuing Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
