Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could impact the business.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all business operations are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct Investigations: Conduct internal investigations to identify and address potential compliance issues.
  • Develop Training Programs: Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on risk management and compliance best practices.
  • Lead the Crisis Management Team: Lead the Crisis Management Team in responding to emergency situations and ensuring that all necessary protocols are followed.
  • Manage the Compliance Program: Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program to ensure that all business operations are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 5 years of leadership experience in a risk management and compliance role.
  • Knowledge of Laws and Regulations: Extensive knowledge of national laws and regulations related to risk management, health, safety, security, and compliance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address potential compliance issues.
  • Facilitation and Change Management Skills: Excellent facilitation and change management skills to lead and manage teams.
