Job Title: Outside Sales Representative, Business Solutions

The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively participating in the sales process to generate and boost equipment sales. This role requires supporting consulting engineers in selecting air conditioning, ventilation, and heating equipment, as well as collaborating with the sales team from project initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders in the HVAC-R industry
  • Visiting customers and worksites to promote company products
  • Selecting equipment in design documents and ensuring product specification
  • Conducting presentations and visits with consulting engineers
  • Analyzing and qualifying projects for submission by the internal team
  • Preparing product equivalence tables and promoting company equipment
  • Leading and coaching the internal support and estimation team
  • Submitting bids for pre-purchasing equipment and making technical drawings
Requirements:
  • Diploma in building mechanics with experience in HVAC-R
  • Technical sales experience and a strong contact network in the industry
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Ability to travel within the specified territory and occasionally to Sudbury offices
