Job Title: Associate Director of Sales

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing team, you will play a critical role in achieving our community's sales and revenue goals.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support and assist the Sales and Marketing team in managing the community's sales and marketing database.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales collateral.
  3. Coordinate and obtain all required move-in paperwork and prepare the resident's administrative file.
  4. Conduct resident orientations and ensure a smooth and successful move-in process for each resident.
  5. May include conducting presentations with customers.
Qualifications:
  1. One year of experience in a sales administrative support role (preferred).
  2. Previous customer service experience, including demonstration of customer service skills.
  3. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Possess excellent communication skills, including phone, written, and verbal skills for effective communication and presentation.
  5. Competent in organizational and time management skills.
  6. Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  7. Demonstrates proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel).
  8. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
