Job Summary:

The Financial Controller will be responsible for leading the accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in accounting, finance, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the accounting team in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses.
  2. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Manage the company's accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  4. Coordinate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
  5. Provide financial guidance and support to management and other departments.
  6. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A university degree in accounting or a related field.
  2. Professional certification in accounting (CPA, CA, etc.).
  3. At least 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Proficiency in financial software and systems.
