Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Supervision: Manage a team of ten staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of financial tasks.
  • Financial Reporting: Produce monthly and annual financial statements and management reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Planning: Prepare year-end files for external auditors, draw up budgets, monitor and optimize them, and manage cash flow and financial obligations.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with internal control policies and processes, and apply any necessary adjustments to mitigate risks.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze the financial performance of each company, develop and monitor performance indicators, and coordinate IT requirements with the IT department.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting option.
  • Professional Certifications: Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years as an auditor in public accounting firms, particularly with SMEs, and minimum 7 years in Chief Accountant or Controller positions, having managed a team of accountants in large SMEs.
  • Skills: Business acumen, comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment, organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented.
