Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry
This position is set within a vibrant restaurant atmosphere, where teamwork and efficiency are key.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
- Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Assess and estimate the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
- Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management
- Supervise the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service
- Create and manage work schedules for staff
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
