Job Title: Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Eagle River Casino and Travel Plaza. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure effective security operations.
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures to prevent and respond to security incidents.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a security or law enforcement role.
  • Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • CPR Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Security Guard License.
  • Valid driver's licence.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. They will be required to work under pressure and make sound judgments in emergency situations.
