Position Overview

The Security Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment within the casino premises. This position requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in security management and team leadership.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of relevant experience in security supervision.
Work Environment
  • Conditions: The work site is air-conditioned but can be noisy at times.
  • Setting: This role is situated within a casino environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit various reports on security operations and incidents.
  • Address and resolve workplace issues, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
Supervisory Duties

Oversee a team of 3 to 4 security personnel, ensuring effective management and support.

Required Certifications
  • CPR Certification
  • First Aid Certification
  • Valid Security Guard License
Security and Safety Checks
  • Completion of a criminal record check.
  • Driving record check (abstract) is mandatory.
Transportation Requirements
  • Possession of a personal vehicle is necessary.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
Work Conditions
  • Ability to perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with the capacity to stand for extended periods.
