Position Overview

The Security Guard Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment within the casino premises. This position requires a dedicated individual with strong leadership skills and a commitment to ensuring the safety of both staff and patrons.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of relevant experience in security management is required.
Work Environment
  • Site Conditions: The work environment is air-conditioned but can be noisy due to the nature of the casino setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit progress reports and other necessary documentation.
  • Address work-related issues, offer technical guidance, and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
Supervisory Duties

The supervisor will oversee a team of 3-4 security personnel, ensuring effective operations and compliance with safety protocols.

Required Certifications
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Security Guard License
Security and Safety Checks
  • Completion of a criminal record check is mandatory.
  • A driving record check (abstract) is also required.
Transportation Requirements
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle is necessary.
Physical Demands
  • The role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure is essential.
