About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advice Specialist. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice to our members, helping them to achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized advice and guidance to members on their financial needs and goals
  • Assist members with opening and managing their accounts, including chequing and savings accounts, credit cards, and loans
  • Help members to understand and navigate our products and services, including investments and insurance
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and meet sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including investments and insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Post-secondary education in finance, business administration, or a related field
