About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our team at BGO, a leading global real estate investment management advisor. As a key member of our portfolio management team, you will be responsible for supporting the analysis and reporting of our Canadian investment vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of regular reports, including monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual analyses, to support our investment decisions.
  • Design and create PowerPoint presentations, responses to investor requests for proposals, and ad hoc reports and analysis as required.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting on the performance of our funds and investor portfolios, including detailed return, attribution, risk, valuation, and income analysis.
  • Support the launch of new products by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to support data-driven decision making.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of relevant work experience in real estate investment or institutional investment management or consulting.
  • Proficient in advanced analytical functions in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bilingual (English/French) in oral and written communication is an asset.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in commerce, business administration, or economics.
