Position Overview

Envida Life Sciences Corp is seeking a dedicated Chemical Research Technician to join our innovative team. This role involves engaging in various laboratory tasks and ensuring the integrity of chemical analyses.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
Work Environment

The position is based in an urban setting, providing a dynamic and fast-paced work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform tests and analyses utilizing diverse physical and chemical separation methods.
  • Ensure the maintenance and functionality of laboratory equipment.
  • Support the setup and execution of chemical experiments.
  • Compile and maintain records for analytical evaluations.
  • Utilize MS Office for documentation and reporting.
  • Assist in formulating sampling and analysis programs to uphold quality standards.
  • Contribute to the development of safety protocols and standards.
  • Interpret and compile experimental or analytical data.
  • Design and implement sampling and analysis programs.
  • Prepare solutions of gases or liquids, reagents, and sample formulations.
Certifications
  • Possession of a Food Safety Certificate is required.
Specialization Area
  • Focus on food chemistry.
Work Conditions

  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

This is a permanent position with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week.
