Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at SRA Wayne Right Restaurants Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and feedback.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize revenue.
- Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources and training needed to succeed.
- Transportation and Travel: Public transportation is available for employees.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Personal Qualities: Be organized, a team player, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
- Experience: Have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and management principles.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Schedule: Work 35 hours per week.
