Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at SRA Wainwright Restaurants Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to complaints and concerns.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of supplies.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for staff and customers.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, and electronic cash registers.
- Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
